Our Mission

OPAL was founded to facilitate meeting with, and to establish a working liaison between, pipeline companies and emergency response agencies in Oklahoma. The primary purpose of these efforts is to provide enhanced response information and on-going communications with key stakeholders, and primarily responders. OPAL introduces emergency responders and other stakeholders to the basics of pipeline safety and emergency response. Through these efforts, OPAL, Inc. provides Oklahoma emergency responders with the reference information they need in order to recognize and respond to a pipeline related emergency as well as other pipeline safety related messages.
